About Me
As a dedicated athlete since childhood, competitive sports and competition have been the focus of my daily life. My sports career has been enriched with a Kyokushin Karate World Championship gold, silver, and bronze medal, as well as five European Championship gold medals. After my career in elite sports, I turned to the world of fitness, where, in addition to maintaining my own health and fitness, I aim to share my experiences and assist individuals, regardless of gender, age, or fitness level. Sport is a lifelong passion for me, and I am delighted to promote my commitment to a healthy lifestyle.

FAQ
Frequently asked and questions
Choosing the right type of workout depends on your personal goals and access to a gym. If your access to a gym is limited for any reason, I recommend home workouts, which primarily consist of bodyweight exercises with minimal equipment. However, if you have access to a well-equipped gym, it’s worth opting for gym-based workouts where you can take advantage of various weights, bars, and cardio machines.
If you choose gym-based workouts, you’ll be using equipment such as dumbbells, an Olympic barbell, kettlebells, a box, a step platform, a medicine ball, and cardio machines. For home workouts, which are primarily bodyweight exercises, you’ll focus on using resistance bands, smaller dumbbells, kettlebells, and a jump rope.
If you don’t have all the necessary equipment, whether at the gym or at home, the exercises can be substituted with alternatives. I always include alternative options in the program. Don’t hesitate to get creative. If you don’t have dumbbells at home, you can use water bottles or a backpack filled with items, for example. If your gym doesn’t have a rowing machine, you can substitute with jumping rope, running in place, etc.
All workouts are done and chosen at your own risk. If you have any injuries or health issues, it’s essential to consult with a doctor before starting or continuing any exercise routine. During pregnancy and after childbirth, make sure to consult with a specialist.
The workouts are primarily based on a metcon style, focusing on combining cardio movements with weight training to emphasize strength and high-intensity activity. Circuit training is common. While there are classic weightlifting exercises included in the program, they are performed in a more dynamic and engaging manner. The workouts feature strength training, CrossFit exercises, and a hybrid approach that avoids monotony and encourages enjoyment in daily physical activity.
I recommend any of the programs for beginners as well. No one is born being able to comfortably perform every exercise; the focus is on practice and progression. If you’re not confident, I suggest starting with online personal training sessions where we can consult, and I’ll teach you the basic exercises and proper form.
Everyone has different abilities, so it’s natural not to move at the same pace. Since my workouts aren’t based on an aerobics-style routine, each person will have their own work and rest intervals. In the videos, I demonstrate the correct form for each exercise with 3-5 repetitions, which you can then perform at your own pace. Sometimes we work based on time, and other times based on a set number of repetitions. Don’t worry if you’re slower at first; there’s always room to progress.
Both the online personal training sessions and the monthly updated workout programs will be accessible through a mobile application, available after subscription and registration. In the app, you can track your workouts with videos and descriptions, as well as log your own results and activities. Additionally, the app offers options for group personal training and group communication via chat.
